" Service of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, in both the matters is complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to Respondent No. 1, petitioner has failed to take steps to effect the service of notice in both the matters, despite the ample opportunity and the warning of last opportunity as well. Matter be placed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for further directions."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service upon common Respondent No. 1 in both matters.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of common Respondent No. 1 in both the matters.

The office report on default is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
