The Ld. Counsel appearing for the contesting parties i.e., for the plaintiff and defendant No.1 have filed admission/denial statements regarding the documents filed by the other side. In view of the statement of admission/denial filed by the Ld. Counsel appearing for defendant No.1 today in the open Court, documents at page Nos.1 to 8, 9 to 34, 55 to 57, 70 to 82, 83 to 87, 88 to 105, 106 to 109, 118 to 129, 130 to 132, 133 to 138, 139 to 140, 145 to 147, 150 to 156, 166 to -2- 167, 168 to 170, 188 to 195 and 196 to 197 produced with the plaint as Volume II are admitted by the defendant No.1 as such exhibited as D-1 to D-17 whereas documents at pages 182 to 183 and 184 to 187 are admitted but contents are denied, as such same are marked as 'A' and 'B' respectively. Rest of the documents produced by the plaintiff are denied by defendant No.1. Similarly, as per the admission/denial statement filed by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the plaintiff today in the open Court, documents ⬠copy of letter dated 16.12.2008 from the 1 st Defendant to Plaintiff, copy of G.O. Rt.No.79 dated 10.8.2006 issued by 1 st Defendant, copy of G.O. Rt. No.218 dated 2.11.2006 issued by 1 st Defendant, Copy of order dated 13.2.2008 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P. No.1452 of 2008, copy of letter dated 21.6.2013 from 1 st Defendant to the Chief Executive Officer, Puducherry and copy of G.O. Rt. No.17 dated 4.6.2014 issued by the 1 st Defendant produced with the written statement filed on behalf of Defendant No.1 are admitted by the plaintiff and are exhibited as Ex.P1 to Ex.P6 and documents ⬠Copy of Minutes of 13 th Meeting of Coastal Protection & Development Advisory Committee and copy of the Minutes of Meeting of the Board of the 1 st Defendant dated 6.1.2011 are admitted by the plaintiff but contents are denied, as such same are marked as 'X' and 'Y' respectively. Remaining one document i.e., copy of letter dated 10.2.2006 from IIT, Madras to 1 st Defendant is denied.

The statements duly signed by the Ld. Advocates are placed on record. The Original Suit be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court in terms of the order dated 22.7.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court.
