UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the parties state that though the Mediation Report records that the parties were not agreeable to arriving at an amicable settlement, there is still a likelihood of settlement as the petitioner-wife is thinking over the option of reconciling the disputes with the respondenthusband on his withdrawing the divorce petition and her going back to the

matrimonial home.

2. In view of the statement made hereinabove, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent-husband, who reiterated that the respondent-husband is willing to withdraw the divorce petition as the petitioner-wife is agreeable to go back to the matrimonial home, the parties shall continue appearing before the learned Mediator appointed by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

3. They shall next appear before the learned Mediator for further proceedings, on 24th January, 2024 at 2.30 p.m. They are permitted to appear virtually, unless required to appear physically at a later stage.

4. List on 21st February, 2024, for reporting settlement, if any.
