UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Advocate General appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 at a considerable length and perused the material placed on record.

On our asking, learned Additional Advocate General seeks and is granted one week' time from today to have fresh instructions in the matter.

Post the matters for further consideration on 9112022.

Meanwhile, as an interim measure and without prejudice to the rights of the parties, Respondent Nos.1 & 2 – Corporation are directed to supply electricity to the petitioners forthwith for the purpose of pumping out the water.

Similarly, statusquo re: transfer or handing over the assets shall be maintained.
