Hence, further opportunity to file counter affidavit is declined.

Counter affidavit has already been filed by Respondent No.19. Respondent No.11 is duly represented.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for appellant to cure the defects in the proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 10, 12 to 18, 20 to 25 and 27 to 30

List again on 28.4.2025.
