The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

This Court on 23112021 while disposing of the Civil Appeals, inter alia passed the following Order:

In view of the above, we are of the considered opinion that the dispute between the parties can be adjudicated only by the National Company Law Tribunal. Therefore, the appellants would be at liberty to raise their contentions/issues before the National Company Law Tribunal which will be taken into consideration by the said Tribunal in accordance with law while deciding the matter. Hence, it is not necessary to go into the issues raised herein at this juncture.

With the above observations, the appeals are disposed of."

Now, the applicant/petitioner has filed an application seeking

modification of this Court's Order dated 23112021.

Taking into consideration the averments made by the applicant/petitioner seeking modification of this Court's Order dated 23112021, we allow the said application and permit the applicant/petitioner to submit its claims before the Insolvency Resolution Professional appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.

Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in the aforestated terms.
