"The parties in this matter agree to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. On consent of the counsel for the parties, the present matter is hereby sent for mediation to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

The parties are directed to appear before the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre at 110 Lawyers' Chambers (R.K. Jain Block), Supreme Court Compound, Tilak Marg, New Delhi-110 201 on 6th September, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. After carrying out the mediation process, Report may be submitted within two weeks thereafter. Post this matter along with the Report of the Mediation."

It is submitted that as directed above, a communication has been sent to Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 20.08.2014 but Mediation Report has not been received from Supreme Court Mediation Centre so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
