Learned counsel for the State submits that the State has accepted the judgment. He further submits that there are 80 per cent vacancies and in fact there is no question of any reversion in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of all the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
