TRANSFER PETITION (C) NO. 1282 OF 2012

O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have gone through the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, the divorce petition being Case No.622 of 2012 titled as "Sandeep vs. Maya" pending before the Court of District Judge, (Family Court), Sonepat, Haryana is ordered to be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

The District Judge is either to decide himself or transfer it to competent Court having jurisdiction.

The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee court is directed to take all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the main matter without unnecessary adjournments.
