The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 4 th December, 2015, when the Ld. Registrar was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 21.9.2015 of this Court. List again on 12.2.2016."

It is submitted that in view of Order dated 4th December, 2015, Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed affidavit of service in respect of notice issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015.

Service in respect of sole respondent is complete in SLP No. 17003 of 2015 and Respondent No. 1 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015.

Service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015 is still awaited. However, Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Union of India, ie. Respondent No. 15 in SLP No. 17004 of 2015, but he has not filed vakalatnama, so far.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2016.
