The contention of the petitioner is that from the tally signed by it will reveal that the area is not covered under the Non
Hoarding Zone, but the petitioner has not taken this plea
before the High Court. Hence, we are not inclined to consider those submissions.
The special leave petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioner is, if so advised, at liberty to file the review petition.
