None appears for respondent nos. 3, 6 and 7 despite due service.

Mr. Apoorv Kurup, Advocate appearing for respondent No. 6 undertakes to file vakalatnama within a period of two weeks and counter affidavit, if any, within four weeks time.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos. 5 to file counter affidavit.

As per tracking report, in respect of respondent nos. 1 & 4 the remarks shows that "insufficient address" & "undelivered " respectively. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for service of notice to him within a period of four weeks.
