UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file SLP is granted.

Application for deletion of R-11 to R-49 and R-51 to R-54 from the array of parties is allowed in SLP (Crl.) No.7675/2019.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order directing registration of the first information report as a prima facie case is made out for carrying out a proper investigation after registration of the FIR.

However, any observations made by the High Court in the impugned order while deciding the matter shall not be taken into consideration against the accused and the investigation to be carried out in a fair manner in accordance with law without being influenced by the findings recorded by the High Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the special leave petitions are disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
