Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents by registered post A.D. Notice by way of dasti, in addition is allowed, which is permitted to be served through the nearest Civil Court/Trial Court. That Court may serve the notice even by affixing the same at the given address, if it could not be served in due course. Petitioner is permitted to serve Dasti notice either directly upon the concerned respondent at their better/correct address; which is to be disclose on record with proof of service; or even by affixing it on suit property through trial court.
