UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials placed on record, this Court is of the opinion that no interference is called for in the impugned order, particularly to the that the the fact that the University on 10.10.2010, had approved the appointment of the respondents, on permanent basis. In these circumstances, the petitioners-institution and university could not have taken a different stand to deny the respondents permanency.

The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
