UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The cheque amount under consideration in reference to which a criminal complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act was instituted, the total liability is of Rs.1,16,000/- and after three courts have examined and held the petitioner guilty. We find no reason to interfere in the order impugned.

The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
