UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners (purchasers of undivided shares) submit that the Electricity connection, water connection and sewerage connection have not been given to those flats who have submitted affidavit, even though this Court by Order dated 2.1 1 . 2 0 0 7 permitted them to occupy the flats. The learned counsel for the petitioner in SL P (C) Nos. 1 9 3 6 8 - 1 9 3 6 9 of 2 0 0 7 stated that the condition imposed in the Order dated 2.1 1 . 2 0 0 7 relating to deposit of Rs.5 , 0 0 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 / - (Rupees five crores only) has been complied with. In view of the above, there is now no impediment for the concerned Boards / Authorities to give Electricity/ W a ter / S ewer age connections to the flats. However, only the flat owners who have filed underta kings can occupy the flats. We make it clear that the pendency of these Special Leave Petitions will not come in the way of these authorities. This order is subject to the final outcome of these Special Leave Petitions. I.A.No. 8 Issue notice. The respondents may file response within four weeks. 3
