Last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners for filing spare copy for service of notice in respect of respondent No. 2 within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter, be issued. List again on 19.01.2017."

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, counsel for the petitioner has not filed the spare copy of service of notice in respect of unserved respondent No. 2 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 2.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
