It is submitted that notices of lodgment of petitions of appeal were issued on 26.12.2105 to all the common four respondents in the appeals through Tribunal. Letter has been received from the Tribunal with service report in respect of respondent no. 2 that the notice was returned from post office with remarks "Insufficient Address". However, the aforesaid unserved respondent is common as the appellant in connected matter and is represented by Mr. Sakya Singh Chuadhuri, Advocate. Certificate of service in respect of respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 is awaited from the Tribunal. Service is incomplete.

Chidananada, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of common respondent no. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of service in respect of respondent nos. 2 to 9 is awaited from the Tribunal. Service is incomplete.
