Yenned Having heard the learned Solicitor General and the ASG for the <pre>#"titioner(s) and the learned counsel for the caveator(s), taking</pre> note that the order impugned herein, is an interim order passed in the pending writ petition before the High Court, and also since, the High court has through the interim order, made the admissions subject to the final outcome of the writ petition, at this stage, we see no reason to interfere.

However. Considering that there should be certainity in the matter, we request the High court to hear all the learned counsel for the parties and dispose of the writ petition(s) as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
