UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners the interpretation of the Haryana Affiliated Colleges (Pension and Contributed Provident Fund) Rules, 1999 require to be considered.
Leave granted.
Stay granted vide this Court's order dated 23.01.2012 shall continue during the pendency of the appeals. However, the State Government is directed to refund the Contributed Provident Fund amount, which has been recovered from the respondents, within eight weeks' period. Be it noted that the refund will be subject to the result of the instant appeals and without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Further, regular pension, for which the respondents are entitled under the rules, shall be continued to be paid to them.
