The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the Application seeking condonation of delay returnable in four weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioner may not be deported."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all the 4 respondents in both the SLPs. (Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are common in these SLPs). Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 common in these SLPs. M/s. Corporate Law Group, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in SLP(C) No. 30110/2015 and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 30111/2015. Name of respondent No. 4 has been corrected vide order dated 11.05.2016 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Accordingly, cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books. Respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) No. 30110/2015 has been served by dasti process but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 12.05.2016 filed applications for directions (regd. as I.A. Nos. 10-11) and the same has been placed with SLP paper books.

Service of notice is complete.

The application in the matters above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
