Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate I.A. for correction of name of the respondent No.4 instead of letter filed by him within four weeks.

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 and 2-3 have filed counter-affidavit. Interlocutory application for amendment/correction of name of Respondent No. 4 was allowed vide Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers dated 11.05.2016. On the request of counsel for the petitioner fresh Dasti notice in respect of unserved respondent No 4 was issued to the Counsel for the petitioner on 16.05.2016 but counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of Dasti in respect of said respondent so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 4.

SLP (C) No. 30111 of 2015:-

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 and 2-4 have filed counter-affidavit. Service is complete.

It is further submitted that Interlocutory application No. 10-11 (Application for Direction) filed by counsel for petitioner in matter above-mentioned is already noted for listing before Hon'ble Court on 07.07.2016 as per computer.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
