The SLP (C) Nos. 26175 and 26310 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP (C) No. 26175/2015

We permit the petitioner, if he so desires to implead the Medical Council of India as one of the respondents.

Issue notice on prayer 'C'.

Shri S. Udaya Kumar Sagar accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1.

In the meantime, there shall be interim stay of Prayer '(a)' i.e., operation of final order dated 04.09.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telengana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No.15878 of 2015 qua the petitioner only.

SLP(C) No. 26310/2015

We direct the petitioner to implead the Medical council of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the petitioner on learned counsel for the MCI.

List on 18.09.2015 along with D. No. 30822 & 30823/2015."

Subsequently, the instant SLP was listed alongwith other connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 21st September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP (C) No. 26310/2015

List the special leave petition on 24th September, 2015."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. A. D.N. Rao, counsel for the Petitioner has on 15th September, 2015 filed proof of service of copy of Petition to counsel for the MCI.

It is further submitted that Mr. A. Subba Rao, Advocate has on 15th September, 2015 filed application for impleadment to implead MCI as Respondent No.11 and the same is registered as IA No. 2 of 2015 and has already included in SLP paper-books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, counsel for the Respondent has on 23rd September, 2015 filed affidavit on behalf of State of Telangana and the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

The aforesaid matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
