The SLP (C) Nos. 26175 and 26310 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP (C) No. 26175/2015

We permit the petitioner, if he so desires to implead the Medical Council of India as one of the respondents.

Issue notice on prayer 'C'.

Shri S. Udaya Kumar Sagar accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1.

In the meantime, there shall be interim stay of Prayer '(a)' i.e., operation of final order dated 04.09.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telengana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No.15878 of 2015 qua the petitioner only. SLP(C) No. 26310/2015

We direct the petitioner to implead the Medical council of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the petitioner on learned counsel for the MCI.

List on 18.09.2015 along with D. No. 30822 & 30823/2015."

Subsequently, the SLP (C) No. 26740 of 2015 was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 16th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"List on 18.09.2015 before appropriate Bench along with connected matter, SLP (C) No. 26175 of 2015. "

SLP (C) No. 26175 of 2015:

Accordingly, notice was issued to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 by speed post on 15th September, 2015 and to Respondent No. 1 through S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit. There are six Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. As per track report of speed post, notice were dispatched to Respondent Nos. 2 to 6. (copy enclosed)

It is submitted that Mr. D. L. Chidananda, Advocate has on 15th September, 2015 filed application for impleadment and the same is registered as IA No. 2 and is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

SLP (C) No. 26310 of 2015:

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. A. D.N. Rao, counsel for the Petitioner has on 15th September, 2015 filed proof of service of copy of Petition to counsel for the MCI.

It is further submitted that Mr. A. Subba Rao, Advocate has on 15th September, 2015 filed application for impleadment to implead MCI as Respondent No.11 and the same is registered as IA No. 2 of 2015 and is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that D. No. 30822 and 30823 of 2015 are registered as SLP (C) Nos. 26870 and 26915 of 2015 and listed alongwith this matter.

The aforesaid matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
