The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5-1-2017

when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for both the parties agree that the matter be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement.

We, therefore, direct the parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi on 23.02.2017 at 11.00 A.M.

The Incharge, Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court thereafter within four weeks.

List the matter on receipt of the report from the Mediator."

Accordingly, copy of Court's Order dated 5-1-2017 was sent to the Supreme Court

Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court

Mediation Centre on 23-2-2017 vide this Registry's letter dated 10-01-2017.

It is submitted that Mediation Report dated 21-3-2017 has been received from the

Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Copy of the Mediation Report is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
