It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Transfer Petitions (Civil) Nos. 884-895 of 2016 involving similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st July, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and the same is pending. Copy of said Order is annexed as Annexure P-7 at page nos. 130-131 of Transfer Petition paper books
