It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos. 884-885 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01-07-2016 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and the same is pending. Copy of the said Order dated 01-07-2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
