"Delay condoned. Issue notice.

Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad, learned counsel appearing on caveat accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. He prays and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.

Status quo, obtaining as of today, shall be maintained, in the meanwhile."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice to respondent No. 1 through Advocate & to respondent Nos. 2-78 was issued by regd. A.D. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed by respondent No. 42 received but no one has entered appearance. Unserved cover containing notice to respondent Nos. 3, 4, 7, 17, 18, 22, 28, 29, 36, 45, 61 & 71 received with postal comment "No such person, shifted, left without address respectively & respondent No. 6 – refused". Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 2, 5, 8-16, 19-21, 23-27, 30-35, 37-41, 43-44, 46-60, 62, 70, 72-78 have received.

Service is not complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
