The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30.11.2015 , 01.12.2015 , 07.01.2016 and 13.01.2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, in F.A. No. 959 of 2004, 572 of 2004, 368 of 2005, 1002 of 2002, 621 of 2015 etc. etc.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 17, 9, 14 and 18 days in Special Leave Petition filed against order dated 30.11.2015 and 01.12.2015 and delay of 113 and 114 days in refiling and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the said delay.

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 1279782 of 2016 @ CC. Nos. 794245 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 29.04.2016 enclosed).

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 5815 of 2015 referred to as Annexure P13 was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 05.05.2015. (Copy of order dated 05.05.2015 marked as Annexure P13 at page nos. 607613).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for substitution to substitute the Lrs of deceased Petitioners Dayanand, Rajbal, Suresh, Uday Singh, Jai Bhagwan, Abdul Rehman, Yasin, Bunda, Nazir, Yamin, Hasmuddin, Nathu, Sabir Ahmed, Ratan, Bhopal, Amichand, Rajkumar, Yashbir Singh, Hardutt, Padmawati, Vishnudutt and Shivdutt alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing the substitution application as there is a delay of 3653, 307, 1142, 1501, 954, 1059, 249, 1447, 1079, 4596, 2603, 3484, 2315, 31, 4009, 415, 2869, 5870, 3949, 3901, 3109 and 334 days respectively.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
