UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee has submitted a Final Report on evaluation of cumulative effect of vibration induced by heavy earth moving machineries on the structural components of Chittorgarh Fort. The Archaeological Survey of India must respond thereto by filing an appropriate affidavit and stating therein as to what, in its view, would be the further study that is required to be done and within what time and by what method.
We are informed that Chittorgarh Fort is declared as "World Heritage" by UNESCO and the Archaeological Survey of India must say in its affidavit as to what are the protective arrangements made.
List these matters on 29th July, 2013, before a Bench of which one of us (H.L. Gokhale, J.) is not a member.
