Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer GW Petition No. 05/2020 titled as "Uttam Singh Vs. Daveshwari Devi & Ors." and HMA No. 540 of 2020 titled as "Uttam Singh Vs. Devashwari Devi" from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Faridkot, Punjab to the Family Court at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We order accordingly.

It shall be open to the respondent to seek permission from the Court for virtual appearance on such dates as the Court may deem appropriate.

It shall be open to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through Mediation before the Transferee Court.

The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.
