"Learned counsel for the respondent is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. Post after eight weeks."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that M/s. Parekh & Co., Advocates have on 19/06/2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this report.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.

Service of notice is complete in all the SLPs except SLP (C) No. 29114 of 2014 in which there are eight respondents. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved covers have been received back from all the said respondents so far.
