It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that M/s. Parekh and Company, Advocates for the respondents in Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2910829113 of 2014 have on 31st July, 2015 filed Contempt Petitions for wilful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court's Order dated 14th November, 2014 passed in the Special Leave Petitions above mentioned. The same have been registered as Contempt Petitions Nos. 493499 of 2015.

The matters along with Contempt Petitions abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
