It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 10 (Common in both SLPs) was issued on 14.12.2015 by registered AD. Mr. K. Enatoli Sema, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1(Stage of Nagaland) but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. AD card duly stamped by Respondent No. 9 received but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 & 10 received so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 & 10.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
