No. 18(K)2014 in WP. (C) 179(K) of 2013 and WP. (C) 179(K) of 2013 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 402 and 360 days) respectively and exemption from filing impugned Order(unregistered) the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(Crl) No. 10149/2014 @ CRLMP No.23631/2014 arising out of same scam was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.12.2014, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. n Copy of order dated 08.12.2014 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is noted for listing on 04.11.2015 as per computer data.
