Ms. Liz Mathew ,Adv. M/S. Parekh & Co. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The learned Advocate, Ms. Mansha Monga, appearing on behalf of Mr. Annam D.N. Rao, Advocate-on-Record confirms that Item No.65 -2 they are appearing for respondent No.10 in SLP(C) No.23551/2012. The learned Advocate, Mr. Salman Hashmi, appearing on behalf of Ms. Liz Mathew, Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner in SLP(C) No.29698/2012, though it is not listed today, has pointed out that in fact in his SLP the Hon'ble Court has on 28.9.2012 passed an order to issue notice and permitted them to confirm service by dasti mode as well as to tag his SLP with the lead SLP(C) No.21211/2012 which is otherwise ready for listing before the Hon'ble Court. He has also stated that all the respondents in his SLP the litigants before this Court either as a petitioner or

respondent in any of the SLPs which are listed today as a group. In view of such fact, he is requesting to grant the permission to serve notice through the concerned Advocate, who has filed appearance for such litigant who is respondent in SLP(C) No.29698/2012. To avoid further delay, SLP(C) No.29698/2012 is technically taken on Board today.

Petitioner is permitted to serve dasti notice upon all the unserved respondents within a week through the concerned advocates who have filed appearance for the same litigant in any of the connected SLP from the present group of SLPs which are on Board today.

As last chance, all the served respondents in all the SLPs may file counter affidavit before 13.12.2012.

List thereafter before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules, without waiting for counter affidavit and any formal order to that effect from this court.
