UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned.

The petitioner shall take appropriate steps to serve notice on unserved respondents. In respect of respondent No.9, who is no more as per the office report, the petitioner shall take appropriate steps to bring on-record the regal heirs of the deceased respondent No.9. Needful shall be done within a period of four weeks.

In the meanwhile, interim order shall stand extended till the next date of listing.
