The Counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petitions.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that instant matters has been tagged with SLP No...CC 18404405 of 2015 entitled "COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX vs ANAND CHAUHAN" as both are arising from common order.
