UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The grievance raised by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner - M/s OFB Tech Private Limited is that the bank quarantee has been stayed and the appeal has remained pending before the High Court for approximately one year.
Signature Not Verified It is open to the petitioner - M/s OFB Tech Private Limited to ruise the aforesaid grievance before the High Court. We hope and trust that the High Court will take up and hear the appeal expeditiously.
