UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent-Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru in Civil Appeal No. 2426 of 2022 submits that contrary to the orders passed by this Court on 22.03.2022, the said respondent has not been relieved despite the expiry of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the appellant would point out that due to certain administrative exigencies, two weeks' more may be granted.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there must be an order of deemed relieving and the first respondent may be relieved after the expiry of two weeks.

We grant two weeks finally to the appellant to relieve the first respondent-Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru in Civil Appeal No. 2426 of 2022 within two weeks from today. We make it clear that in case the appellant does not relieve the first respondent-Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru in Civil Appeal No. 2426 of 2022, she will be deemed to have been relieved.
