AOR had submitted on the last date of hearing that there is change in counsel for the petitioner and had sought time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners. But no vakalatnama has been filed so far. Today, Dr. Monika Gusain, Ld. AOR submits that Ms. Sabarni Som, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Samar Vijay Singh, Ld. AOR had made a false statement, and some exemplary action may be taken against them.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps/appropriate steps for effecting service upon unserved respondents.
