Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.8 to 13 submits that they representing several other respondents and some of whom have expired and further submits that he would be filing the details of the deceased respondents and their respective LR's to the petitioner within two weeks.

Thereafter, two weeks time, is granted to petitioner to file appropriate application in this regard.

Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent-Maruti Suzuki (R. No.126) submits that there is discrepancy in respect of respondent number in the cause list and in the notice served on them. Let office to verify and rectify the discrepancy if any.
