SECTION IV-B

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are three respondents, who have died i.e. respondent nos. 83, 88 and 158. According to the learned counsel, the legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 83 and 158 are already on record and nothing further needs to be done in that regard.

2. Insofar as respondent no. 88 is concerned, she prays for and is granted four weeks time to take steps for impleading the legal representatives.

3. Insofar as respondent nos. 33, 43, 85, 86, 139, 156, 159, 164, 194, 198, 200, 209, 246, 275 and 303 are concerned, learned counsel wants time to furnish fresh particulars so that notices may be issued to them. Two weeks' time is granted, as prayed for.

4. Let the spare copies also be filed within one week to serve the unserved respondents.

5. List the matters after four weeks.
