UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ms. Harini, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Akshay Amritanshu, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for Petitioners submits that there is a change of counsel on behalf of petitioners, as earlier Ld. AOR has been designated as Senior Counsel.
She seeks and is granted one week's time to file the vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners.
Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode in respect of Respondent Nos. 33, 43, 83, 85, 86, 88, 139, 156, 158, 159, 164, 194, 198, 200, 209, 246, 275, 303 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks.
Respondent Nos. 63 and 64 have already filed the counter affidavit.
