UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to cure the defects in the application for substituted service in respect of Respondent No. 23. Notice of motion in respect of substitution application for Respondent Nos. 2, 8 and 24 was also awaited. Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service in that matter. Counsel is directed to cure the defects and comply with the Office Report within two weeks, failing which the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for nonprosecution.
