UPON hearing counsel the Court made the followingO R D E R<br>2
On the facts and circumstances, we find
no<br>reasonto<br>interfere,asthediscretion
exercised by the trial court to refuse interim

injunction has been affirmed by the High Court

and the petitioner has the benefit of doctrine

of lis pendens. The Special Leave Petition is

therefore, dismissed.

We, however, request the trial court to dispose of the suit expeditiously and it is needless to say that the trial court would do so uninfluenced by any observation made by the High Court in the impugned order.
