Nobody appears for respondent Nos.1 to 9, 11 and 12, despite due service.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for taking fresh steps for service of respondent No.10. Notice thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) No. 30334/2014

Nobody appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 to 8, 10, 11, 13 to 17 and 19 to 27, despite due service.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for takingfresh steps for service of respondent Nos.4, 9, 12, 18 and 28. Notice thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) No. 30337/2014

Nobody appears for respondent Nos.1 to 17 and 19 to 33, despite due service.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for taking fresh steps for service of respondent No.18.

List again on 12.4.2016. "

SLP(C) No. 26451/2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.03.2016 filed affidavit of service duly serving Respondent No. 10. Service of notice on all 12 Respondents is complete but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 30334/2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Affidavit of service in respect of respondent Nos. 1,4, 9, 12, 15, 18, 20, 26 & 28 stating therein that these respondents have been served at office but there is no order of Dasti service. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 21 to 25 & 27 though served.

SLP(C) No. 30337/2014:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 15, 17 to 24, 26 and 28 to 32 stating therein that these Respondents have been served through their office, but there is no Order of Dasti service. However, No one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 16, 25, 27 and 33 though served.
