The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested four weeks' time to take steps to effect service on respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6 to 8, 10 and 11. Be taken as assured.

Service of the remaining respondent Nos.5, 9 and 12 is complete but none has entered appearance. SLP(C) No. 30334/2014

Service of respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 to 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 21 to 25 and 27 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Request of four weeks' time to take fresh steps to effect service on the remaining unserved respondents is hereby accepted.

SLP(C) No. 30337/2014

Service of respondent Nos.5, 16, 25, 27 and 33 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service upon the remaining unserved respondents within four weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

List again on 29.1.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22.01.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 8 and 11 duly serving all the above said respondents. No one has entered appearance

on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 5, 6 to 9, 11 & 12 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 10.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 10.

SLP(C) No. 30334/2014

It is submitted that as directed vide Ld. Registrar Court's Order dated 04.11.2015, instead of filing spare copies to issue fresh show cause notice to unserved respondents, counsel for the petitioner has on 22.01.2016 filed Affidavit of service in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 15, 20 & 26 stating therein that these respondents have been served at office but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 21 to 25 & 27 though served. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 4, 9, 12, 18 & 28 so far.

SLP(C) No. 30337/2014:-

It is submitted that as directed vide Ld. Registrar Court's Order dated 04.11.2015, instead of filing spare copies to issue fresh show cause notice to unserved respondents, counsel for the petitioner has on 22.01.2016 filed application for service in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 15, 17, 19 to 24, 26 & 28 to 32 stating therein that "these respondents have been served at office" but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5, 16, 25, 27 & 33 though served. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent No. 18 so far.
