1. We direct the Union of India to file affidavit indicating the steps taken pursuant to the judgment(s) of the High Court dated 19.07.2016 and the order in review dated 10.03.2017. The affidavit will also indicate the action taken, pursuant to the completion of the inquiry and will also including the further remedies that the petitioner would have availed against any orders..

2. The affidavit shall be filed within three weeks from today.
